💚 This October, we’re diving into the heart of sustainability as we celebrate Sustainability Month! While this month highlights the importance of sustainable practices, we believe these actions should be woven into our daily lives. Embracing sustainability every day drives innovation, inspires changemakers, and shares actionable tips to help us live more responsibly.

☀️ At the recent 1.5° Summit in Hong Kong, the focus was on the intersection of humanity and technology. In a world facing tangible climate impacts, envision a future where human innovation and nature coexist in harmony.

📣 The 1.5°C Summit brought together diverse voices from Southeast Asia, Asia, and beyond under the theme, ‘The Defining Decade for Impact with Tech’. The event united startups, established organizations, and thought leaders to address the region's unique climate challenges and opportunities. Highlights included keynote speeches, notably an opening remark by Diane Wong, Under Secretary for Environment and Ecology for the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, along with a series of insightful panel discussions:

🛍️ Complementing the talks, exhibition booths around the venue showcased both B2B products and consumer goods that promote sustainability.

🔒 The summit emphasized that effective climate action in Southeast Asia, Asia, and beyond requires localized strategies supported by global innovation, making it a powerful platform to spark regional collaboration and change.

🌟 While the main panel discussions took place on the Impact Stage, the Future Stage hosted start-up pitches and a leaders' bootcamp by The Conscious Festival, this year’s content partner. Through panels and workshops, participants explored themes of wellness, leadership, technology, and consciousness.

🎤 Beyond passively attending, we both also had the opportunity to participate in the event as well—with Karina as MC & moderator and Massimiliano as speaker. It was an honor to be able to share the stage and mic with so many like-minded climate & sustainability champions!
